We know how valuable an investment in a home, townhome, apartment or building remodeling is, and carrying it out the best way ensures stability, aesthetics and value.
Most remodels stall at the same place: someone opens a wall and finds something structural nobody priced. Because framing is our trade rather than a subcontract, moving a load bearing wall or opening up a plan is normal work for us, not a change order and a three week pause.
The Buckhead remodel is the clearest example: an outdated house taken back and rebuilt, structure and exterior included.

- Interior design, cabinetry and finish selection
- Kitchen and bath fit out and appliances
- Electrical, plumbing and HVAC, which licensed trades install
We would rather tell you now than hand you a change order later. If you need any of these, we can point you to the right trade.

Walk it and open a test area
We look behind the finish before quoting, so surprises land in the estimate.

Demolition with the rebuild in mind
Only what has to come out comes out, and what stays gets protected.

Structure first
New load paths, headers and framing before anything cosmetic happens.

Close the envelope
Roof, wrap, windows and siding, so the interior trades can work dry.
We hand a remodel over dried in and ready for MEP and drywall. If you want us to carry it further than that, say so in the estimate request and we will scope it.

(678) 588-5032Yes, with the right header and load path. This is framing work, which is our trade, so it is normal scope rather than an exception.
We do the structure, the openings and the envelope. Cabinetry, tile and fixtures are a different trade and we will say so plainly rather than take work we are not the best at.
Sometimes, depending on scope. When structure and the envelope are open it is usually not practical, and we will tell you that up front.
