The proper way to build
Seven stages, one crew, one point of contact. This is the sequence every job follows.

01Foundation and framing
We set the base and raise the structure. Walls, floors, roof framing, all squared and to code, by the crew that will still be there next week.

02Roofing and house wrap
Roof on, wrap up, openings sealed. This is the point the build is dried in and protected from Georgia weather.

03Cornice, siding and handover
Exterior finish goes on and the job is handed over ready for MEP inspection and drywall. One crew, start to finish.

Both. We run framing crews for builders on spec, multi unit and custom lots, and we work direct with homeowners on decks, porches, additions and remodels.
It means the roof, house wrap and openings are done, so the inside is protected from weather. It is the milestone that lets MEP inspection and drywall start.
It depends on square footage, layout complexity and whether material is included. We walk the site, then send a written scope and price. The estimate is free.
